Eating Disorders are about trying to make your whole life better through food and eating.Eating Disorders are about seeking approval and acceptance from everyone through negative attention.Eating Disorders are about how life won't be good until a bit (or a lot) of weight is lost, and there's no concern for what kind of damage you do to yourself to get there.Compulsive overeating is characterized by uncontrollable eating followed by feelings of guilt and shame. It is different from bulimia in that it does not involve any purging.
Symptoms of Compulsive eating disorder

- bingeing, or eating uncontrollably
- purging by strict dieting, fasting, vigorous exercise, vomiting or abusing
- using laxatives or diuretics in an attempt to lose weight
- using the bathroom frequently after meals
- preoccupation with body weight
- depression or mood swings
- irregular periods
- developing dental problems, swollen cheek glands, heartburn and/or bloating experiencing personal or family problems with alcohol or drugs.
Treatment of Compulsive eating disorder
Eating is controlled by many factors, including appetite, food availability, family, peer, and cultural practices, and attempts at voluntary control.
